My name is Loca , I've always wanted to work in the electronic related field,because I have a passion for it and I think it has a lot of potential .That's why I focused on electronic in college and got to understand how to control and define a good manufacture process . In my senior year I also participated in a parameter standardize management at technical department and stayed there for 5 years until now . During my time there, I successfully launched a lot of projects that created the company 10 million profit in each month , Of course there were other projects that didn't go that well but I learned from those failure as well . Overall I have to say ,It was an extremely rewarding experience. Now that I feel like I'm ready take on anything .I have studied in a relevant field and worked directly in the industry .I believe I have all the knowledge and skills needed to do well in the electronic field.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Technician Engineer

  • Support, repair and upgrade production equipment

  • Minimize equipment downtime through preventive maintenance / fixes

  • Evaluate and Improve Assigned Assembly Manufacturing Processes, Materials, and/or Equipment Maintain in-depth process knowledge. 

  • Maintain materials and equipment knowledge as it relates to the process and how they interact. 

Manufacturing supervisor

  • Manage Area Personnel and Programs 

  • Establish goals and monitor performance achievement 

  • Manage employee performance and resolve conflict

Process Engineer

  • Optimize process and/or equipment variables Identify all process variables

  • Determine root cause and implement corrective actions

  • Define process variables 

  • Define process edges and center the process (CPK)

  • Define and implement quality systems

  • Define and maintain operation procedures

  • Define and document customer requirements

  • Review current procedures on an on-going basis Assess material requirements and projects
