My name is CHEN YEN SHUO, I'm graduated from Mingxin university , I’m a bachelor in chemistry and materials engineering, I'm started to worked in semiconductor field since the 2017 of September, and my position is an installation engineer, in general my job is to set up the machine at the customer site, and to do the modify as per customer needs. 

    I think I’m lucky to have this opportunity for my first job experience, because when I joined this company, i was assigned to a many different department that was just set up for a 2 year, the machine is new and different, the group is different, everything is different at the beginning, so from the beginning to the end of the installation, I encountered many problems that I never met before, so during this time, when I encountered these problems, I can only resolve by myself and my co-workers, although sometimes we felt exhausted about some weird problems, but actually i enjoyed the process very much, and every time when I solved problems, I felt a great sense of achievement. 

    For example, the main function on my current machine is coating, so we always have to test the particles on the wafer, although we have SOP for our piping, but usually our particles can’t available in the range that our customers needs, so we have to try out the reason, then think why or how can’t it be in the range, like today if the particles are out of the range, then we have to test for our line cleaning, the reason may be our equipment engineering, or it may be piping, although this things always Warning us much time on it, but after we discover the answer, I always feel exciting about it, but the most exciting things is that we can make our SOP more complete it used to be.                      

   I’m honor to have this opportunity to come here for interview today, everyone knows ZEISS is a very big and great vendor in semiconductor field, if there’s a chance to work in it, i believe my working ability would have a great increase, and also I realized I still have room to improve myself, I’ll do my best on every of my work in the future, thanks for opportunity.
