I have nearly 6 years of experience in developing digital Chinese textbooks through AI technology, and my responsibilities include: content development, customer demand collection, progress planning and control, cross-departmental communication, participation in interface design, etc.
My work also requires me to do product demos, provide assistance to customers in system training and integration, and serve as a lecturer for industry-university cooperation courses.
I have the Digital Instructional Design Professional Certificate, Certificate of Proficiency in Teaching Chinese as a Second/Foreign Language and the (PMP)® International Project Manager Certificate.
I am good at outputting complex knowledge into simple concepts and words, and I am also patient and attentive to details. I can provide different teaching strategies and guidance according to each person's learning style.
Aside from being a fast learner, I was able to improve my team's work performance by sharing the information and skills I’ve learned. I think my personality can best be described as being empathetic towards others and always eager to create win-win outcomes.
