About me   

Hi, I'm Randy. A rationalist who always enjoys new challenges.

For me, how to analyze the nature of the problem in a quagmire situation, and try to come up with an optimization plan that has been recognized by many stakeholders, which is the work challenge that fascinates me the most.

Whether in school, club, or full-time work, I am always willing to take the initiative to assume the responsibility of team leadership. Because I understand that the more responsibilities and pressures I take, the more I can force myself to improve my weaknesses. 1.Floor Staff Management

  • Responsible for ensuring that employees of various brands can operate stably under the framework of department stores.
  • Inspecting staff attendance, service manners and service attitude checks, promotion of activities in the department store, training of new brand personnel, etc.

2.Customer Service

  • Observing customer needs, providing customer consulting services.
  • Responding to on-site customer complaints or problems with a sense of urgency, and providing solutions and improvement plans as much as possible.

3.Promotion of branded product activities in department stores and subsequent revenue analysis

  • DM product selection and planning layout theme.
  • Assisting brands to use the company's internal publicity resources at a price. Such as electronic media, large-scale wall output, advertising stands, whole building broadcasts, etc.
  • Recording the promotion activities of each brand and the new products in each period, regularly review and analyze their benefits, so as to facilitate communication and adjustments with brands when there is a significant decline.

YouTube Channel Producer & Editor (part time)  •  JAB's BOXING •  July 2017 - May 2019

1.Channel management

  • Including overall channel analytics and data analysis of each video.
  • Consolidating the relationship with the audience by replying to all the comments and questions.

2. Video planning, shooting and production

  • Making a series of boxing instruction videos with the coach Jake, targeting audiences for those who like watching short videos(4-10min), interested in boxing and attracted to Chinese subtitles.
  • Revising the planning direction of the follow-up videos by analyzing the video data and comments.

Achievements

  • Since July 2017 and as of May 2019, the channel has gained nearly 9,000 subscribers.
  • The average number of views of 20 instructional videos is between 25,000-28,000, with a maximum of about 55,000.
  • Each video has a positive rate of more than 98%.
