    • Outlined measurement strategy to the new business, UAV/drone aerial inspection on solar panels and bridges. 
    • Worked and collaborated with internal cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and legal affairs.

  • Achievement 
    • Successfully formulated and initiated the new business of “solar panels aerial inspection by drone” and got the first contract launched within five months.
    • To initiate the projects from scratch, I organized the issues, solved technical barriers, and gain clients’ trust by positively reviewing professional publications, closely working with R&D team, and intensively reviewing clients’ requirements. 
    • Established business relationship with potential clients, such as Cathay Century Insurance, Chunghwa Telecom, and Taiwan Shin Kong Security.

  • Responsibility 
    • Worked and collaborated with a diverse group of stakeholders to clarify their demands. 
    • In partnership with local authorities, contractors and partner agencies, helped them to identify issues of development and build solutions.
    • Arranged and contributed to weekly seminars with various governmental agencies. 
    • Use data and insights to guide strategy of the policies implementation. 
    • Launched analytical projects by providing briefs from a variety of sources, such as daily news, public sentiments, GIS data and academic reports. Issues were various, covered from economic growth, travel industries, transportation, residences, farming, to conservation.
  • Achievement 
    • The seminars used to be lengthy and laborious because of the complexity of policies. I managed to improve the meeting efficiency by formulating a creative and productive work-flow that I introduced graphical and GIS data to the seminars, and I provided easy-to-read hands-out before the meeting.
