TapPay Payment Gateway PM, May 2020 ~ Now

  • API Integration with Banks and E-wallet
    • Dedicated designing open API of multiple payment methods for all types of merchant platforms and responsible for the API Integration with the iconic E-wallets and banks in Taiwan.
    • Design multiple API specs according to the user stories from our key accounts and increase at least 751,000 payments per month.
    • Control the timeline and the resources of the projects and exclude all the troubles that may obstruct our scrum team.
    • Report with stackholders for the progress of the projects and to gather requirements.
  • Design Risk Analysis API
    • Design Risk Analysis API for our customers to help them decrease at least 30% of the transaction drop rate.
  • Maintain Key Account Relationship and Problem Solving
    • Solving the problem from our customers to make the transaction experience more smoothly.
    • Propose the suggestion to optimized our products and service from the problems that the customers encountered.
  • Design User Portal for transaction inquiry and reconciliation
    • Optimized the the reconciliation system to create the daily reconciliation reports automatically for our key  accounts, such as Wemo, Goshare, PChome, Funnow etc. to replace the manual process.
    • Design the Two-fact authenticator to increase the safety of our portal.

KKday API Integration Team PM, Aug 2019 ~ May 2020

  • Booking and Product API Integration Projects
    • Integrate with 11 OTA companies to decrease the cost of manual process and increase the success rate of each order. The orders booked via booking api account for 27% of all the company's order per month.  
    • Interviewing with stakeholders and users to gather requirements.
    • Reports the effectiveness of the key accounts that we integrate with per week or month. 
    • Test all the function before deploy and debug in Kibana.

IOH Innovation Open House Product Assistance, 18 Jul 2017 - July, 2019

The vision of IOH is to help people discover their interest and choose the field that they have passion with. We interview with all the people from different fields to share their experience via videos to help people know more about their profession to help them make the right choice.

Design Company Portal 

  • Optimized the work flow of multi departments and design company portal : 
    • Discover the key problems
      • I found out that we do lots of unnecessary and duplicated work during the process of creating videos and writing the articles. Moreover, we store the  information, videos and photos in different places. After researching some similar platform, I realized that we can create the portal and database to store the data and to standardized the work flow to decrease the cost.
    • Requirements Interview and Proving the hypothesis
      • Interview with the colleges of different departments to prove the hypothesis and clarify the work flow of each departments.
      • Research similar type of platform and design a portal that can solve the problems above. 
    • Result
      • Decrease 50% of work hour of each department
      • Decrease the process of finishing a products from 8 to 3 hours.

  • Data Analysis 
    • Analysis data via Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to propose marketing strategies
    • Hold online marketing program on Facebook which create 491 clicks of the Facebook post per day.
  • Manage the Facebook group and attracted 2,000 users to join the group in one month.
