A new alignment method to solve potential failures from function testing of the back side of IC which applies old method, machine alignment.
In order to replace using operators to check the orientation of IC before testing function of it, the lead and ball from circuits are used as feature area for computing similarity.
Based on the significant need of simply analyzing the log, results after inspection, this tool is invented for not only fetching information but also visualizing the chosen data.
