Position: IT and Operations Consultant 1


I was responsible for global administration on the entire domain for multiple geological locations such as in Washington and India. Handled most internal IT requests and also took responsibility on multiple project bids and RFP's with external clients. Worked with both on premise servers and cloud entities within Azure for AD Sync as well as deployment for staging and public use. Working with virtual machines is a large portion of the workload, and maintaining a robust environment with failover countermeasures and backups is a common task. Managed custom group policy policies and rollouts as well as created and deployed laptop images on machines. There was a strong emphasis on self-motivated decision making at Exsilio which allowed me to make strides in my own personal skillset and abilities.


AntTech Repair Center (Apple Authorized Service Provider): October 20, 2016 - June 4, 2018

The AntTech Repair Center handled all UCI student and faculty IT inquiries for both software and hardware related problems. I was responsible for the triage, assignment, operational process, and timely completion of incoming work orders with the department's team of technicians.
