Footwear & Apparel Projects

Participated  in 10 projects. B2B & E-com system integrations, and operations enhancement. For accounts such as Puma, Levi's, Quiksilver, etc. I have leveraged the pass experience I had in operation to reduce the project implementation lead-time by 2-5 working days per project. The overall revenue brought to company is estimated just over 8 million NTD. 


Cosmetic Projects

Participated in 1 projects. B2B & E-com system integrations. For account such as Shiseido. After the waterfall project for implantation. I also participated in the agile project for enhancement. Combined, the overall revenue brought to company is estimated around 1.5 million NTD. 

FMCG Projects

Participated in 3 projects. B2B system integrations. For accounts such as Philips, Philip Morris, Specialized Bicycles. All three of them have been multi-national scale of project. I was able to communicate and coordinate with English native speakers during the projects. The overall revenue brought to company is estimated around 3.2 million NTD. 

Transportation Projects

Participated in 2 projects. System integrations with 7-Eleven and Family mart. These two projects required both online(API) and offline(EDI) interface integrations. These two projects are key strategic planning projects. To create more business cases in the future.

I've used PowerBI to breakdown the correlations of revenue and cost  drivers. Enable management to review all key indicators at once. Providing more insights vs. the old financial statements sheet.

Change Request Dashboard

I've used PowerBI to delivery a dashboard to keep track on all the change request tickets raised by BU users. Respected, users can know the current status of their request.

Site Status Dashboard

I've used Tableau to create an interactive status dashboard, enabled site supervisors and workers without login to database still can manage to get the necessary data.

Workload Analysis

I've used PowerBI to visualize the workload and activities in the daily  of operation administrative staff's worktime. Provided more insights to warehouse management.

Transportation Dashboard

I've used PowerBI to create a transportation dashboard for warehouse management to study if the possibilities of  consolidating more shipment within one truck route.

I've used Tableau to create an handling throughput volume dashboard. Our country head used this to present in the global management meeting. 


About myself 關於我



I grew up in Taichung, went to NYUST for bachelor degree. I am team player that likes working with my coworkers to solve problems or discussing new ideas with them. In my pleasure time, I like old films, take deep dive into discovering old music and time to time, a sports fanatic. photography recent hobby. 

The reason why I have taken logistics as my first occupation, is because of  its promising future, the nature of complexity in fulfillment service, and the necessity of business operations. All the above, made me want to demote myself into it.   

I was hired as an operation management trainee in my first position in the firm. During this period, I've had the privilege of learning first-hand knowledge developing my industry know-hows by doing and participating on site. I have managed to apply statistically advise to my manager for my insights as improvements into existing work flow. By adapting my proposal, our team was able to reduce 19% of labor with increasing 26% of productivity. We held 99.9% of accuracy in shipment and inventory controls. 

After one year of practice as trainee. I was promoted as an administrative supervisor. Where I took full responsible for Levi's daily operations. I have dealt from daily operations KPI reports to quarterly regional meeting. I worked closely with my client, in order to provide better services, and build closer relations. Aside from the operations works. I have taken roles as operation-project-manager in projects such as SAP integrations, operations enhancement. And key users to systems, such as SAP, WMS, OMS, etc. 

When there was an internal opening for IT, I grasped the opportunity without any hesitations. Knowing I don't have IT related experience, so I took online courses to learn T-SQL. My goals were to utilize my expertise in operations when involving system designs and bring more user-friendly designs.

Working as a system analyst, I was able to leverage the know-hows from both operations and IT within the projects that I participated in. I helped reduce the learning curve during implementation projects. I can break down the Silo effect in cross-departments collaborations projects since I can speak both operational and IT languages. I have worked in multi-notional projects. 

In addition, I have taken the PMP courses by PMI on my off-days. So that, I can learn more project methodology about Waterfall and Agile. Dedicated to bring more value and options into my workplace.

To me, the biggest satisfaction in my career, is being able to provide feasible solutions to my clients and coworkers. The satisfaction of solving problem is the foundation of my motivation.
