Rajani Subramanian

A computer engineer with diverse experience, Rajani Subramanian of New Jersey began her career as a lead developer at Cognizant technology  in New York. Her accomplishments in this role include leading enterprise wide software development projects. She has led software development and test teams and is an expert in agile methodologies and software development methodologies.During her tenure she has led million dollar projects for several investment banks accomplishing critical deployments.

Rajani then took on the role of director of applications and infrastructure at a major investment bank in New York City . She was in charge of a two-year project to move several customer facing applications to amazon cloud services. As part of this project , significant savings and quality issues were mitigated.She has since taken on the position of  senior director with the San firm in New York, where she oversees a team of 50 developers working on critical business facing applications. Several of these applications are in the wealth management group . She constantly pushes the boundaries enabling her teams to adopt the latest technologies and push the boundaries of innovation 

Ms Subramanian began her studies at the University of Mumbai, where she earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering. Transitioning to the United States, she then completed her masters degree in computer engineering.
