      • Arrange co-branding with designer Joe Fang, including KV, Seeding Box Design.
      • Planning and cooperating with 11 celebrities and influencers, created 1.12M ads reach and 47K post engagements.

  • 2019-2020 Saugella annual marketing plan
    • Develop annual campaign idea and communication strategy of 2020, and create brand annual Idea.
    • Execution of the plan, including brand video developing and execution, advertisement budget allocation, professional co-op, WOM marketing, and social platform management
    • Create 17.35M unique reach within budget (TWD 2,100,000) in 2019, and persuade the client to increase digital marketing budget by 3 times in 2020.
    • 2019 & 2020 celebrity social video contents all created ads results well beyond expectations: average engagement rate and video view rate both exceeded 20% and maintain CPV lower than $0.3.
