My name is Sandy Fu and my previous position was assistant designer in the R&D department, with experience developing fabrics, materials and series of graphic designs. Proficient in apparel graphic design and have conducted over 50+ mockups. Familiar with the apparel manufacturing process from fabric sourcing, sample development to production that includes printing, embroidery, sequined and novelty wash techniques.
Consider myself a "forever student", eager to both improve my design skills and enhance the knowledge of new techniques through continued coursework, and it also motivates me to build the self-learning ability. I have started learning video editing one month ago, and until now have produced four commercial presentation videos with team on Youtube channel. It's always fun and rewarding to learn something new.
Recently I am trying to study CLO, the 3D clothing software which has becoming a big role in the fashion industry.
My aim is to understand basic operation, the ability to transfer 2D materials into 3D, and will definitely keep challenging and improving myself.
