Hi我是胡學為,從小對於語言和媒體的組合充滿好奇和興趣,時常惕勵自己關心時事、擁有世界觀,因此選擇就讀淡江大學英文系與交通大學大眾傳播研究所畢業。就讀交大研究所期間,透過碩論以及小論文投稿,學會了蒐集、組織以及分析的技巧和經驗,並擔任課堂助教與研究助理。
另一方面,利用碩士就讀期間的暑假到企業實習,在2013年以及2014年暑假期間先後在自由時報即時新聞組以及TVBS新聞部實習過,分別編譯外電報導,並協助製圖。一方面增加自己在工作實務上的學習,並學會溝通和團隊合作。
2015年起進入城邦集團,擔任鐘錶媒體企劃編輯的工作,主要負責:
1. 新媒體平台內容(網站/臉書/YouTube/instagram/App)統合,整理並分析數據與績效監測,曾創造數十萬甚至破百萬觸及,上萬按讚數的文案,多次在整體互動率評比上領先競爭同業。率先將臉書直播投票方式結合於鐘錶產業,增進與粉絲互動,產生黏著性。
2. 透過一手資料的平面雜誌內容、照片、記者會取材,以及二手資料的編譯與重製,增加新媒體內容的多元性與差異性,將金字塔頂端的高級鐘錶出圈自不同年齡層與族群。
3. 參與網站改版,與網頁設計公司與公司資訊部門溝通設計以及後續上線修改流程。
2018年,前往華時文化事業有限公司,主要負責:
1. 撰寫公司的雜誌與網路文章,執行多項網站特別企劃文章與雜誌專題。
2. 出席記者會攝影取材,搭配文案曝光於公司的新媒體平台。
3. 操作公司新媒體平台內容(網站/臉書/YouTube/Instagram),整理並分析數據,再配合廣告投放優化文章,增加觸及。 4. 協助公司向品牌提案,並執行與威士忌、飯店等異業合作專案。

去年底開始接觸區塊鏈生態,對這項新藍海充滿嚮往,也購買了一些NFT與虛擬貨幣。 之前在Solex Watch NFT的Discord社群擔任管理員Moderator的角色,協助與社群成員互動、參與每週活動規劃,包含於GOXR所舉行的元宇宙線上AMA與闖關遊戲。希望有機會往相關領域發展。
Hi, I am Wilson Hu, who got a master degree from the department of mass communication in NCTU. I worked in NCTU as TA(Teaching Assistant)and RA(Research Assistant) during the study of master degree, and I am also a tutor teaching English (seniority: 12). I take it as a chance to teach and learn at the same time. By submitting all kinds of theses and dissertation, I learn the skill and experience of collecting, organizing and analyzing.
I became an intern in Liberty Time News and TVBS in 2013 and 2014, hoping to do some practices as well as learning. I translated and rewrote English news, and I also helped to edit images. I could experience the working environment and understand the ideology in company, also learning communication skills and team work by interacting with co-workers.
I had worked in a publish media corp(Cite). as content marketing specialist from 2015 Nov to 2018 Feb. I was in charge of the projects as following.
1. Managed, organized and analyzed the contents and data of our company's new media platforms (Website/Facebook/YouTube/Instagram/APP), setting many 100k-1 million reach per post, winning our competitor. I also hold some activities to interact with our fans to increase the adhesive capacity, such as Live streaming(the first horology using live streaming vote) and gift award.
2. Gathered some materials to diversify the contents to catch audience's attention, such as press conference, magazines, and edit and translate contents to multiply our content.
3. Joined the revision of our company's website, helping to improve the UI/UX.
Since 2018, I had worked in a publishing house(Watchbus) as an editor, and I was in charge of the projects as following.
1. Wrote articles for our magazine and websites.
2. Attended press conference to gather materials.
3. Managed, organized and analyzed the contents and data of our company's new media platforms(Website/Facebook/YouTube/Instagram/), with AD promoting to enhance the Engagement.
4. Made proposals to help our company gaining the opportunities for business cooperation, such as whisky brands and hotels.

I have learned blockchain areas since the end of 2021, and I'm full of enthusiasm in this industry, and I also got some NFTs and Cryptos. I work as a moderator in SOLEX's discord. I manage and help to plan some activities to interactive with members. I hope I can have the opportunity to work in related companies or occupations.
