綠色和平-阿姨(RE)的卡打車環島週記

面對全球暖化帶來的氣候危機,空污造成的健康威脅,國際間愈來愈多城市把「發展再生能源取代化石燃料」,列為城市永續的核心策略。和其他國際城市相比,六都首長均未提出「再生能源電力占比」、「再生能源裝置量」或「發電量」的目標或承諾,對城市的能源永續發展,缺乏長程和完整規劃。 本次活動希望藉由街頭倡議的方式,爭取民眾對綠能發展的支持,以期提升地方首長重視度。

1993年生,來自臺南,外向樂觀、自律進取。具好奇心,喜於接觸各領域新知,勇於表達意見。

【未來展望】

在待業期間為了增進自己的專業職能,參加了高雄職訓局所辦的國際貿易及行銷班,學習關於國際貿易的基本知識,如:貿易流程、客戶開發、信用狀分析、貿易英文及參展作業等,修業期間積極的學習態度獲多位講師肯定,未來我也會將這份精神帶入下一份工作。

【軍旅生涯】

畢業後進入軍中擔任排長,管理約30人。

①自我要求 作為軍官,無論是日常規範、抗壓性或做事能力,都要作為表率,培養了我自律的性格。

②做事機警 營區內的大小事皆在負責範圍,時刻留心周遭,要求自己發現需要改善的地方。

③善於溝通 對上級、下屬及其他平行單位,需運用不同的溝通技巧,統整各方需求後,做出適當決策。

④適應力強 自軍校時期到軍隊,意志力都是訓練的一環,讓我擁有更高的抗壓性。

—第一年進入部隊時,這樣的生活的確是極大的壓力,但慢慢地隨著自己的成長,開始能獨立完成任務規劃,妥善地安排掌控人力,並於多次演習任務擔任戰地值星官,帶領部隊完成任務。

【創業準備 

退伍後計畫與朋友合資開設餐廳,因此投入咖啡產業。

①明確目標 在設立好開店這個目標後,隨即投身相關產業,學習應該具備的技能。

②職人性格 不斷鑽研相關的技術及知識,利用休假時間自費進修咖啡課程,追求給客人最完美的呈現。

③親切態度| 主動了解顧客的喜好與需求,永遠保持笑容與熱情。

—專業的知識能力與良好的服務態度,是我在從事吧檯工作時的利器,在這段工作期間從未發生針對個人的客訴,許多顧客也都會指定我為他們服務。

【創業時期】

2020年,與友人合資開立了屋子咖啡,擔任吧台區負責人,共同完成前期建設,包含菜單設計、水電配置、設備進場及吧檯流程設計等。

①溝通協調| 監工時期,負責現場危機處理,聽取施工師傅的技術限制及建議後,與合資人溝通可行性,現場變更裝潢設計。

②行銷企劃| 發想店內活動及訂價策略,評估可行性與執行。

③人員訓練| 重視細節與效率,永遠追求最有效的方式來教導員工。

—餐廳經營狀況上軌道後,由於理念不和決定拆夥。

【About me】

 Born in 1993, from Tainan, extroverted, optimistic, self-disciplined and enterprising. Curious, like to get in touch with new knowledge in various fields, and have the courage to express opinions. 

【Future Outlook】

During the unemployed period, in order to improve my professional competency, I participated in the international trade and marketing class offered by the Workforce Development Agency to learn basic knowledge about international trade, such as: trade process, customer development, letter of credit analysis, trade English, and exhibition work, etc. , The positive learning attitude during the course of study has been affirmed by many lecturers, and this spirit will be carried into the next job in the future.

【Military career】

 After I graduated, I jointed the army as a platoon leader, managing about 30 people. 

①Self-requirements∣ As a military officer, I need to outstanding in both stress resistance and working performance; I have to be an example, and that gives me a self-disciplined character. 

② Staying alert∣ All matters happened in the base are my responsibilities, always pay attention to everything, and evaluate if there is any improvement need to make in daily basis. 

③Good at communication∣ For superiors, subordinates, and horizontal communication, all need different skill and then integrate the demands of all parties before making appropriate decisions. 

④Adaptive∣ From the time of military school to the army, willpower has been a part of training, which gives me a higher resistance to pressure. —When I jointed the army in the first year, this kind of life was indeed extremely stressful, but slowly as I grew up, I started to complete the planning independently, properly arranged and managed the troops, and as a duty officer in many exercises, leaded the troops to complete our mission. 

【Entrepreneurship preparation】

 After leaving the army, I planned to open a restaurant with one of my friend, so I entered the coffee industry .

①Clear the goal∣ After setting up the long-term goal of opening a restaurant, I immediately got into the relevant industry and learn the skills that should be possessed. 

②Craftsman spirit∣ Continuously study skills and knowledge, use the holiday time to take the coffee course, try to give costumers the most perfect presentation. 

③Kind attitude| Take the initiative to understand customers' preferences and needs, and always keep smiling and enthusiasm. —Profession and good service attitude are my weapons when I work at the cafe. During this period of work, there has never been a personal complaint, and many customers will also designate me to serve them. 

Entrepreneurship period 

In 2020, I opened a cafe named homekapi with my friend and served as a barista. We completed the preliminary construction together, including menu design, pipe and electricity configuration, equipment placement, and  set up the standard procedure of beverage. 

①Communication and coordination | During the supervision period, responsible for crisis management, after listening to the technical constraints and suggestions of the decoration workers, communicate with my partner about the feasibility and change the decoration design on the spot. 

②Marketing planning| Planning marketing activities and pricing strategies, evaluate feasibility and implement.

③Employee training| Pay attention to details and efficiency, and always pursue the most effective way to teach employees -The restaurant's operating status is on track. Due to the disagreement in the concept we decided  to dismantle the partnership, the handover of work is currently in progress.
