Hou Jen Tao is an inspiring, intelligent and thoughtful person, who is eager to explore new adventures and like to propose solutions in creative ways.

He believes leadership is not just position, it means inspiring people and caring for them, by setting an example himself. Quoted from him, “ it’s not who I am underneath but what I do that defines me”. In particular, when he was vice president of NTNU Magic Club. He took a leading role, tried to motivate others, and constructed visionary plans for his team. Put people with different specialties at suitable positions to help them create maximum value for the team. In the meantime, he is also modest and adaptive, keeping his mind open and taking opinions from others.

He always tries his best to make every day count and don’t give up easily. He searches for adventures and opportunities to expand his horizon and knowledge. In order to achieve predetermined goals, he understands the importance of self-evaluation and is undismayed to any challenges.

He interests in magic and practices it constantly. His experience as a magician makes him an excellent speecher. He expresses himself attractively and confidently by using audience control technique, such as eye contact and body language. He also uses concepts and logic of magic to provide creative solutions and strategies from time to time.
