Acting as the co-host of the government project.
Responsible for project bidding, planning, audit team-leading.
Controlling the overall running of projects, and
Drafting of the final report.

Audit Manager

Planning and performing operational and financial audits.
Identifying business process risks.
Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
Documenting the results of the evaluations.
Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management.
Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members.
Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.

Government Auditor

National Audit Office (NAO) • January 2012 - October 2016

Examining government agencies’ financial records, increasing each agency’s efficiency, ensuring that government funds are being spent appropriately and serving as the basis for performance improvement recommendations.
Especially being in-charge of a State-owned enterprise(CPC Corporation, Taiwan).
Responsible for the implementation of the project investigation of the “Inspection of the Safety Management of Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Product Pipelines and Storage Tanks of CPC Corporation, Taiwan”, and
The preparation of the “National Audit Office's Audit Report of First Action on Emerging Capital Expenditure of State-owned Enterprises and New Projects and Budgets” to be proposed to the Finance Committee of the Legislative Yuan.
