I am a hard worker and quick to learn new skills. My future goal is to some day become a partner in our family real estate business, but see this as a fantastic and extremely reliable career alternative. Hard labor work does not intimidate me. I am reliable and responsible, willing to get things done in a timely manor, And I have experience in several fields.
I have experience with animals and delivering hay, as well as experience with remodeling tasks as I have completely remodeled The walmart in Redding with a small crew of under 20, excelling in managing and training new hires on organizing shelving, putting together stands and shelving units, and teaching how to install the cash registers they use now.
I have experience doing barista work at Dutch bros and excelling in customer relations and shop cleanliness, as well as task management. Specifically doing Noc work and setting up the shop for the morning shift.
I am And have been employed at my position for the past two years. My current job description is “supervisor” as a direct support provider for Mid Valley Providers.
My daily tasks include driving our trans van (11 seats) and taking consumers to work, family visits, and daily outings. Also, Daily med passes, As well as thoroughly documenting their day to day life and sending detailed weekly reports on their current mental and physical status.
I have been certified in CPR, Food safety, sexual harassment prevention, Water safety, Infant CPR, CPI defense, and am currently certified as a “DSP2” worker.
I have experience as a mission worker, completing a 10 day trip in the slums of Manila, going church to church and door to door feeding the unfortunate and playing music for several churches. This was teaching me to show compassion and care In intense situations, which has directly translated to my customer service and people skills.
I love People and I love working hard even more!
