Internationally focused, Adesh Tyagi is a serial entrepreneur who leads an IT services firm that meets the needs of Global 1000 clients. A core focus is on delivering enterprise business process management platform solutions that enable digital integration. Incorporating big data and cloud computing technologies, Adesh Tyagi focuses on sectors such as investment and merchant banking, as well as private equity.

Mr. Tyagi has also guided a capital management company for nearly two decades and overseen corporate restructuring, leveraged buyout, and M&A teams in the sourcing and execution of transactions. He has facilitated financing totaling more than $1.6 billion in North America, Europe, India, China, and Southeast Asia. His finance deal structuring approach involves a complex combination of debt and public and private equity.
