My job role is doing basic housekeeping during opening , answering phone calls, helping customers to book an appointment slot and answer customer enquiries. Key in data in excel and doing cashiering and settlement. As this is my first customer service job I have learnt what to say when there is a complaint or when the phone rings what, do I have to say.

This is my internship during my Nitec Retail & Service course. For the morning shift, I have to clean the displays and sell shoes, do cashier and stock replenishment and basic housekeeping during opening and closing. I have learnt the difference between women's and men's shoe sizing.

When working on the morning shift, I had to check if the donut stock was correct and put them on the tray, make beverages and promoting the promotion to customers and, cashiering cashiers, as for closing, I have to make sure that all the trays and coffee machine are all clean and doing settlement. I have learned how to check the stock and work as a team so it will be faster.

This is my internship job from a course that I have signed up for at Sunrice F&B course while waiting for my Nitec. For my job role is at the buffet, where I need to put the alignment of table set- up for different timing like breakfast, lunch and dinner and help customer to top - up their glass of water clearing and cleaning the tables after they are gone had to put in a new set of table alignment. I have learnt how to clear the plates and bowl in a short time and how to hold the plates and cups in a correct way.
