A seasoned packaging and optimization engineer, Ajoy Kapila has over 15 years of experience improving supply chain packaging streams with a variety of companies. Ajoy Kapila presently serves as a Senior Corporate Optimization Engineer with MillerCoors, where he is in charge of supporting capacity improvement projects across seven breweries. Among other accomplishments in his six years with the company, he helped launch efficiency-improvement software, a strategy to integrate quality control technology and assisted with robotic systems integration.
Ajoy Kapila previously worked as an Electrical and Instrumentation Manager with Orbital Engineering, for which he was recruited to expand the technical capabilities of the company's Electrical Engineering group. He also held leadership positions with Wes-Tech Automation and Unilever HPC.
Prior to and during his career, Mr. Kapila has earned extensive training and educational credentials. He obtained an associate degree in Engineering from Vincennes University and a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Evansville. In 1992, he completed his Masters in the subject at Purdue University and, in 2010, earned a Masters in IT Management from Colorado Technical University.
