Lead the full project lifecycle for a large portfolio, with a focus on leading project-level reviews, optimizing and maintaining project standards, proactively identifying improvement, analytical reporting, and training project members. Not only having high-level conversations with business leaders to understand individual portfolios, and define each KPIs and create a roadmap of company-wide operations.

*Collaborate with CEO/COO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, annual budget and hiring plans.

*Direct management of about 5 people or more.

*Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.

*Acting CEO roles to ensure organizational strategy and business development are aligned with development goals.

*Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

*Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
