Alice Vysata
Florida Commercial Real Estate Development Executive
A graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelor of arts, Alice Vysata participated in a summer program at the London School of Economics. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, she most recently served as managing director of acquisitions for Mioym Equities. In this capacity, Alice Vysata identified multi-family units and conducted value-added improvement research to determine each project’s profit potential.
Alice Vysata is currently preparing for an apprenticeship near Tucson, Arizona, where she will participate in the ground-up construction of a self-storage facility, in addition to site shopping for a Florida location for luxury car and RV garage condos. Earlier in her career, Ms. Vysata served as a sales and marketing executive in some of the country’s most flourishing real estate markets. Working on planning, design, and marketing for residential and investment properties, she also oversaw pre-construction activities on five condo developments in Las Vegas. Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Vysata holds a private pilot’s license and enjoys classical piano.
