Product Marketing Project
Project Goal: Developed a product and formedmarketing strategies to raise sustainability.
My Responsibility:
Planned overall project schedule: I took the initiative to discuss with members to clarify individual tasks for reserving buffer time.
Product improving idea: I was in charge of market and target customer analysis and found that our target customers have a hustling lifestyle, thus they may prefer multifunctional products.
Project Outcome: We got the highest score in class because our ideas were not only innovative but feasible. What I learned from this course were feasibility study, marketing strategy planning, and project management.
Project Goal: Found 20 qualified interns in a month
My Responsibility: Promoted the recruitment project on the Facebook fan page.
Project Outcome: Without using paid-for advertising, the pinned post of the recruitment project had reached 14,592 people and received 251 interactions in 5 days. We received over 280 resumes andfound suitable people in only three weeks.
