Since 2008, Alon Barzilay has been a leading innovator in urban renewal projects as founder and CEO of Barzilay Development. Based in Philadelphia, his company takes historic properties that have fallen into disrepair and transforms them into multi family dwellings, which remain true to the original design while incorporating sleek, modern flair. In his time with the company, Alon Barzilay has overseen the revitalization of historic churches, old factory buildings, and dilapidated warehouses into high-end residential properties.
