As Product Owner in pioneering a concept that shaping the new ways of IT Support in PETRONAS combining with in-house develop Digital tools has successfully elevated the user experience to get their IT Issue fix at one stop center. 

Microsoft Power Platforms Development 

Strategically led a team and develop a numbers of projects involving creating customized forms, automation, and data visualization using Microsoft Power Platforms such as Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate as a part of process improvement align with digital initiatives. 

SETEL Deployment  

Working together with Sapura Energy, as a leader to group of resources ensuring successful deployment and migration of SETEL in PETRONAS Station within central region


MyGenie+ (PETRONAS Ticketing System) RPA Project
