As part of the strategic marketing team, my core responsiblity was managing the projects to develop and register crop protection products in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. I collaborated in planning long-term strategies for the current and future product portfolio. My main achivements were:

Conceiving a communication system that reduced project tracking time in 50%
Implementing best project management practices in all the projects
Co-creating an evaluation method that allowed to choose the projects that best fit the company's strategic goals
Developing a GE-McKinsey matrix tool to evaluate the current product portfolio in Mexico (~40 products)
