  • Manage bad debt collection related to car deliveries and make sure no write-off is done unless approved as goodwill gesture
  • Manage payments and working on ad hic project to make sure customer receipts are flowing in the most efficient way in our accounting system AX
  • Building and maintaining Tesla relationships with key local banks to improve both pre-delivery and post-delivery processes QoQ

Achievement:
    • In Q2/20, I managed to clear USD 6M bad debt related to past vehicle deliveries under AE market
    • Implementing digitalization processes with 90% of our key local banks as result we were able to move from funding pack hard submission to digital submission while implementing wire transfer of funds instead of Chq
    • Building treasury processes internally with sales and delivery team including funding and collection processes as result our submission rate was improved, and our error rate was reduced QoQ to achieve 0% in Q3/21
    • AR reduced QoQ to achieve 0% each EoQ under AE market
    • RevRec improved QoQ and achieved less than 3%, putting AE market part of low risk locations in EMEA 
Logistics Operations:
  • Acting as dedicated PoC for logistic activities in UAE to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with transportation and vendors, coordinating and monitoring logistics operations
  • Creating communication flows to ensure all stakeholders are informed about vehicle delivery progress from JAFZA to customer location/ TSC/ body shop
