Managing the development of wrestling in the United Kingdom. Working with the CEO and Board to create the Development strategy for the sport moving forward. Supporting all the clubs in developing their overall structure and assisting them in drawing funding down.
Managing the development of weightlifting in the North West, West Midlands and Cumbria. Developed 40+ Community clubs in a variety of venues. Formed lasting partnerships with National and Regional Partners including CTZN (Home Office Funded Project) and Greater Manchester Police.
Creation and management of the 1st4Sport | Life Leisure, Sports Coach Education Centre based at Houldsworth Village. This included registering Life Leisure as a delivery centre, meeting OFQual criteria to deliver qualifications. Manage workforce of Tutors, Assessors, Reception Staff and Duty Managers.

Working with British Wrestling to develop a multipart project for the relaunch of their National Academy. Partners included Police, local services, British Wrestling, GreaterSport, British Weight Lifting and Home Office project CTZN.
Taking a different view on 'weight bearing movement' by working with University of Salford's Archaeology Dept. in developing a community archaeology excavation to get the community active who are intimidated by the gym.
Developing the 'This Girl Can' (TGC) Campaign for British Weight Lifting and Sport England (SE) through social media, SE|TGC website, competition and club involvement.
Integrating the Sport England ClubMatters program into British Weight Liftings club structure to support the development of more clubs than BWL is capable of supporting.
