Dr. Andrew Engler is a respected San Mateo, California, physician who leads The Allergy & Asthma Clinic, Inc., and provides knowledgeable care for a variety of conditions, including hayfever, asthma, eczema, and food allergies. Committed to providing the highest level of care, Dr. Andrew Engler leads a veteran team that includes two nurse practitioners and two physicians.

Earning his MD at Stanford University and also undergoing a residency at the institution, Dr. Engler completed his education through an Allergy Clinic preceptorship in Houston. He began his practice in late 1987 under Thomas Soss, MD, a well known San Mateo allergy specialist. The following spring Dr. Soss retired and Dr. Andrew Engler took on responsibilities as medical director of the practice.

An established presence in his profession, Dr. Engler has been a guest physician on the Channel 5 Morning News and Eye on the Bay. Dr. Andrew Engler has presented before the Better Breathers Club and the American Lung Association. Having consistently earned "Top Doctor” ranking from Castle Connolly, Dr. Andrew Engler has also been selected as one of the Top Allergists in the Bay Area by San Francisco Magazine.
