An athlete committed to wrestling, Andrew Horun formerly competed at Phillipsburg High School in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. To stay physically sharp and improve his performance, he works out regularly at MADE Strength and Conditioning, where he trains with Craig Merrick during several weekly sessions. Andrew Horun’s commitment to athletics also includes acting as assistant coach for local grade school soccer and wrestling teams. In terms of professional athletics, he follows local teams like the Red Bulls and the Giants. 

Besides sports, Mr. Horun excelled academically, securing a high-class rank among his 440 peers at Phillipsburg. Moreover, for the 2015-2016 academic year, he was inducted into the National Honor Society. 

Complementing his educational and athletic successes, Mr. Horun supports community organizations like the Knights of Columbus, through which he helped raise funds for a nonprofit that lends aid to individuals with disabilities. He has also raised funds for Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church and participated in Greek Catholic Union cleanup days.
