Andrew Huggett

Andrew Huggett has been involved in the world of music since he was a child. Born to musical parents, he began composing at age 12 and studied at various schools, including Guildhall School of Music, Trinity College of Music, and the Royal College Of Music in London, England. At 17, Beatle's producer George Martin discovered him and signed him to a 3-year recording contract. Andrew later became part of The Huggett Family, who toured North America and Europe for 13 years before disbanding in 1982.

Music composer Andrew Huggett has an award-winning career of composing music for films, video games, TV shows and commercials. He is equally comfortable with any musical genre - rock to jazz or country to pop. His diverse ability has attracted clients all over the world from Los Angeles back home to Canada!

Andrew has won many awards for his work, including the New York Film Festival Gold Award, Gemini Awards and Golden Reel. His work is also often used by productions which go on to win various other prizes, like Peabody Awards or the Cine Golden Eagle Awards. Over his career, Andrew has accumulated over 3000 registered credits in TV shows worldwide-including 180 countries where you can hear him play the music he wrote!
