Paper: Post hub analysis of virtual discussion community with SNA technology
The data used in the paper uses three years of Facebook fan page posts to conduct keyword analysis, and group the content of the posts and the keywords of the reply contents, respectively.
The RFM (customer value) model theory is used to sort out the virtual community interaction. The main influencing factors are listed, and then compared with the actual post reply content to discuss and analyze the results, and plan the marketing strategy of the fan page.
Implementation: Building a Course Teaching Assistant Robot Using Linebot
Use Flask, Requests, Line Bot SDK, Mongodb, Heroku. Record students' conversations in the chat group, and judge keywords to realize the functions of calling and asking questions. The content is mainly based on the work of course teaching assistants.
