The current managing partner of LBC Boston, Andrian Shapiro cofounded this Boston, Massachusetts-based development company as a general partner in 2003. LBC Boston oversees an extensive portfolio of commercial properties in the Greater Boston area, including multiple retail chains, privately owned restaurants, childcare providers, and community organizations. Under Andrian Shapiro’s direction, LBC Boston has also played an integral role in the revitalization of Quincy, Massachusetts, spearheading a number of property and infrastructure initiatives in the nearby city.

Before establishing LBC Boston, Andrian Shapiro owned and operated an ambulance service that transported patrons to and from Massachusetts nursing homes and assisted living facilities. He also founded a chain of successful Massachusetts pharmacies and rehabilitation centers.

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Shapiro serves on the board of directors of Temple Bnai Moshe in the Boston neighborhood of Brighton. His financial contributions to this Jewish synagogue have funded multiple essential repairs projects, including the installation of a new HVAC system.
