*After self-learning coding for 6 months, I got the offer and relocated to china starting a coding school on my own. With little experience in the education industry and no china working experience. I led 5-8 local employees, teaching employees professional knowledge in coding and basic physic, establishing company workflow, and together we built a strong team winning client's trust and contracts by YOY 50% growth.
