Project Name: Single Resource Inventory Management System (SRIMS).
Team Size: 7
Description: An end customer(Retail/Wholesale) can request Telecom service in SRIMS. The customer request will come as input XML. Using the input device, circuits will be created based on product topology. In this process, some details like reservation request and suborders will be sent to the external system in form of XML. I as a tester test the functionality of the response XML and also the GUI through which the request is posted.
Responsibilities :
- As an Automation Tester
- SRIMS GUI Testing whenever new functionalities/features are added.
- Identifying Automation Scenarios from the set of Test cases/User stories identified in the cycle.
- Developing Web Automation Test cases for the identified Automation Scenarios.
- Preparing test data in DB using the GUI and selenium through the data-driven framework.
- Helped the team in automating manual test cases using core java which reduces the overall testing time by 80%.
