Berlin, NJ, resident Anthony Ruggeri serves as claims program manager and supervisor at Armour Insurance, which handles claims throughout the United States. He oversees all operations relating to claims, including trials, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. In addition to holding responsibility for defense counsel selection and all claims reviews, Anthony Ruggeri focuses on improving work flow by revising best practices, and strives to increase production while reducing the average claim payment and number of litigated claims. He came to Armour Insurance in 2018 from New Jersey Schools Insurance Group in Mount Laurel, NJ, where he handled a variety of claims as claims manager and supervisor. 

Anthony Ruggeri’s experience also includes roles as claims director and manager at Farm Family Insurance and as associate vice president at GAB Robins North America, where he managed a claims operation for the northeastern United States. He earned a B.A. in communications from Rowan University and completed graduate work at Thomas Edison State College.
