In 2018, Dr. Ari Betof and his wife founded Organizational Sustainability Consulting, LLC, where he serves as president. He is the author of the blog Org Sustainability — Insight and Advice for Leaders that Change the World.
A graduate of the Guilford College Honors Program with a bachelor's degree in physics and mathematics, Dr. Ari Betof became a member of the National Honors Society and earned the Jeglinski and Winslow Womack Research Awards. He also served as the managing editor of the Journal of Undergraduate Research in Physics. He completed a doctorate in educational leadership at University of Pennsylvania and is currently an Emerging Markets Institute Fellow as part of an executive MBA program at Cornell University.
Alongside providing consulting services to the private and nonprofit sectors, Dr. Betof keeps fit by swimming and going for early morning runs. He belongs to the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
