The independent agent of Rioni Group
 in Taiwan since 2022.
In July 2020, I expanded my consulting services to guide clients position their personal brands through online and offline activities, specializing in website and platform optimization, and community strategy.

Thanks for the clients' and friends' trust for those five years. I had the honor of assisting five startup companies (including Rioni Group), three entrepreneurs, and one local brand in transforming their ideas into plans and execute into realities. I focus on cross-border projects, assisting global brands landing on the Taiwan market and assisting local talents in going abroad. 

Before I started my service, l worked as a Content Manager for Japan's startup company - C Channel, and as a Senior Digital Planner at Ogilvy & Mather, Taiwan, from 2018-2020. My agencies' clients include the National Mobile Payment App, Sustainable Clean Beauty, and Local Beer and Catering Groups. Besides work, I was a YAHOO! Campus Ambassador in 2011 inspired me to join SALT Collectiv as a volunteer in 2019. SALT offers activities such as Ocean Clear, GivingTree at Christmas, and Weekly Soup Kitchen. I also assist them in translating blogs from English to Mandarin.

  • During the COVID-19, assisting the government's triple coupon (三倍券) release, increasing owner rates grew 94%, 82% use rates, and 60% brand preference for the National FinTech app in a year on a 90 million budget, raising the rank by enhancing the local culture in the 360 brand events, shifting the official government narratives to the digital user-oriental language.
  • Launching the HAIR TALK event in 2019 raised 60,000+ women's self-awareness and gained 100+ voice records between 25 to 45 in two weeks, driving an innovative digital experience by merging the creative with an online and offline event combined with an AI system on the AR device.
  • We have increased user engagement by optimizing content and experience with the annual plans by dominating data and budget as the solution for the promised goal—services for F&B clients.

Content Manager

  • Led the content team with two editors and four interns, reaching over 12 million global followers on the Facebook fan page in 2019 by creating topics to solve women's life problems in a minute.
  • Earned 120,000+  traffic flow daily and gained 10K+ UGC on SNS in 3 months, created cross-culture lifestyle videos with seven countries' overseas teams. (Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, and China ) by strategically launching seasonal videos.
