- Led a design team 5 designers, embedded across 7 functional business teams, covering Namely's entire product and engineering organization of over 130 people
- Led the complete redesign of Namely's Employee Benefits Enrollment Experience, resulting in 80% decrease in bug tickets during Open Enrollment season
- Led the complete redesign of Namely's Benefits Admin application, allowing HR Admins and brokers to setup their own employer sponsored health plans while also supporting complex insurance products such as Life and Short Term Disability Insurance. The project resulted in an increase in on-time or early open enrollment client setups from 50% to 98%.
- Managed the creation of an entirely new Design System in React - responsible for designs specs and cross team communication. Namely's design system is comprised over over 30 core components that supported numerous features and gave business teams more autonomy over their front-end code and user experiences experiences.
