  • Launched EV charging stations with digital signage, enterprise-graded access controls, charging report system and fallback behaviors on the B2C/ B2B2C SaaS platforms, selling out 200pcs in first 2 weeks
  • Supervised EV charger roadmaps of web/ mobile platforms by user stories and acceptance criteria in the Scrum methodology, working with design, hardware, firmware, backend, frontend, QA teams across different countries
  • Directed NPI product line roadmaps of electric boats with Wi-Fi connection, Digital-Twin dashboards, Computer Vision application and vessel mobile app for inland cruising markets
  • Built the e-boat prototype from 0 to 1 in 4 months and the following 4 iterations in a year to verify the specification, cost target, schedule and logistics with cross-functional teams for mass production

  • Defined product roadmap and process improvement for WeMo’s digital transformational operation team in handling battery swaps, dispatching, repairing and maintenance, saving 20%+ operating costs.

  • Initiated hybrid SCRUM methodology to conceptualize new products via requirement analysis, PRD writing, UI/UX design optimization, RD/QA team demos, and product materials documentation.
  • Integrated third-party services with global technical partners including PayPal, SMSGlobal, Linkyfi, and Ekahau to expand product-offering options as well as to satisfy various market demands.
  • Designed a 3-level-Partner Training Program; conducted a total of 5 trainings in the Philippines, Brazil, Budapest, Dubai and Taiwan; issued 50+ certificates to 4ipnet’s global clientele/ channel partners.
