October 2018 - Now

  • Defined product roadmap and strategy of WeMo’s SaaS platform in handling the fleet management of logistics, dispatching, repairing and daily maintenance, saving 20%+ operation costs..
  • Was responsible for prioritizing and optimizing consumer apps and services, including partnered IoT parking lots, red-tag vehicles, open-trunk reminders, helmet deodorant etc.
  • Coordinated with UI/UX designers for completing user flow, wireframe, and user acceptance testing while with engineers for prototyping, testing and data analytics.
  • Completed product line strategy of battery and charging system and set product metrics of maintenance service.
  • Led WeMo’s advanced telematics prototyping and development during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

March 2015 - July 2018

  • Launched 4 new high-end Access Points and 3 new enterprise-grade Network Management Systems that boosted 2.6 million USD revenue increase in the first half of 2018.
  • Initiated hybrid SCRUM methodology to conceptualize new products via requirement analysis, PRD writing, UI/UX design optimization, RD/QA team demos, and product materials documentation.
  • Integrated third-party services with global technical partners including PayPal, SMSGlobal, Linkyfi, and Ekahau to expand product-offering options as well as to satisfy various market demands.
  • Designed a 3-level-Partner Training Program; conducted a total of 5 trainings in the Philippines, Brazil, Budapest, Dubai and Taiwan; issued 50+ certificates to 4ipnet’s global clientele/ channel partners.
