A resident of Mason, Ohio, Dr. Ayman Yahya is an accomplished pharmacist with extensive experience in practice management at both retail and hospital pharmacies. He has worked as a pharmacy manager for Rite Aid Corporation and a hospital pharmacist with the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Possessing more than 30 years’ work experience, Dr. Ayman Yahya is skilled at building pharmacy teams, establishing and maintaining pharmacy workflows, training pharmacy managers and interns, and conducting research on practice issues and proposing creative solutions.
Dr. Ayman Yahya is the president and CEO of Wellness1Pharmacy LLC in Kettering, Ohio. He established the pharmacy in May 2013, working in it as a pharmacist while running essential operations such as inventory purchasing, payroll, marketing, securing new business, training employees, and setting work standards. Since founding the pharmacy, he has grown it from a single location in Kettering to three, with 2020 revenues exceeding $12 million. His two other locations are in West Carrollton and Mason, Ohio.
Alongside running Wellness1Pharmacy, Dr. Yahya is a pharmacology consultant for the Center for Personalized Education for Physicians (CPEP). In this role, he provides training and support to physician participants on pain management, diabetes, and cardiovascular treatment.
