【工作經歷】
現為美光科技F16廠，Wet製程工程師（2021年12月至今）：負責Wet Process在 FEOL/MEOL/BEOL的全線製造
●包含濕蝕刻＆洗淨（連續式與批次式）／去光阻／電鍍銅／晶邊蝕刻／蒸氣蝕刻製程
●異常排除上述製程類群機台，合計共４４５台 （持續增加中）
●SPC Chart異常處理／FDC異常對於製程影響判斷／產能Path控制
●利用晶圓生產流程搭配現行結構，以及該道製程目的推論出異常關聯性
●具品質意識和成本概念，針對晶圓上過多缺陷執行補救手法，以減少整體良率產出
曾於漢民科技製造部，擔任製造副工程師（2018年8月至2021年7月）：
負責代工TEL乾式蝕刻機台內部零件，Vigus CEL與Focus Ring濕式製程生產製造
●專案改善：優化製程參數，使其生產成本降低６５％
●領導能力：管理旗下作業員人數１５人，負責績效考核評比
●獲獎成就：第26屆漢民品質獎－演講者（QCC品管圈手法：問題解決型）
●其餘事項：獲公司內部供應商稽核員資格／中國合肥設廠協力人員
【個人RoadMap】
●短期目標：於到職三個月內，盡速熟稔公司內部操作系統頁面，半年後獨立上線負責每日待辦事項
●中期目標：在二至五年內，完成顯著績效貢獻，如：生產成本降低／新製程開發／CIP專案執行……等
●長期目標：五至十年晉升資深人員，帶領新進員工，成為Team Leader或專案經理，並邁向管理職位
相信已具備相關半導體製程經驗的我，已相對能夠了解Process Flow，且更全面了解到產品對應的特性，以及過往需即時處理大量異常，進而培養出文書處理與時間管理規劃能力，和過往跨部門溝通的經歷，必能足以勝任該職位。我已經做好準備來面對挑戰，期望將畢生所學應用在該職位上，並適時發揮我的長才與潛能，一同與公司攜手打造里程碑！
