The DaTan combined-cycle power plant is a gas-fired power plant located in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. It is Taiwan's biggest gas-fired power plant and currently has an installed capacity of 4,384MW.
I work as a electric operator in the power plant. There are fixed shifts every day. I mainly work on the operation of the generator in the control room. The equipment includes generator related equipment, such as generator control system, generator cooling system, switch gear ,transformer and various level of distribution boards, work contents shown as follows:
1. Daily on-site equipment inspection
2. Monitor the operating values of each equipment in the control room
3. Determine the cause of the accident based on the content of the alarm
4. Tag and lock during shutdown maintenance

Fordley Hk is a AMOLED and LTPS technical consultant company, support customer to build up AMOLED G4.5 and G3.5 production line, my duty is as below:
1)Evaluate and design Fine Metal mask, finally 3.2” top emission AMOLED panel lighting test was successful.
2)Evaluate AMLED Laser frit encapsulation.
3)Reverse and Failure analysis
4)Glass transfer trouble shooting in G3.5 OLED production line by mechanical fine adjustment (Robot teaching and PLC debug), finally 1000 pcs glass transfer and mask alignment was both passed.
PS: Transferred Glass is without grinding.

My first career was AMOLED reseacher in TPO(Innolux). in charge of advanced AMOLED material and structure evaluation, and increase production yield:
1)Evaluate PI as PLN and PDL layer material, new AL-Alloy as Reflector, both successfully adopted in mass production.
2)Develop AMOLED reflection layer with advanced bump structure, in order to enhance light extraction efficiency.
3)Evaluate external optical film attached on display surface, such as Moth eye optical film, AG film, in order to enhance light efficiency and reduce reflection from ambient light.

In addition,in charge of improving yield in G3.5 AMOLED line mass production, especially for dark dot defect. Finally yield was improved from 10% to 70% by doing failure analysis, process monitor and new design.

Besides, I have two IP which is listed as below:
1. “Top-emission organic light-emitting diode structure”.
2. “System for displaying images”.
