3. Bologers posts- To increase customer stickness, manage the team to compose posts to share knowledge about how to pick up, storage and cook , as well as the nutrients in the fruits.
4. Renew the banners- As the seasons and festivals change, redesign the banners such as New Years Festivals, Mid-Autumn Festival and Strawberry Season.
5. Generate inspection report- Communicate with farmers to acquire the inspection report. Inserted with a inspection report button so customers can read reports on the Web directly.
6. Revise CSS with Google Ads code- To observe the streams channel from google ads, organic seach, direct search referral. I consult the google team and learn to revise CSS code with Google Ads codes.
7. Program Executive- The star-up company needs the Venture Capital Fund, the boss gave me the vision of foodsafety online shop. I proposed the structure of the web and coordinated with the boss and VP for 3 months. I learn the wordpress to build the web since the company commanded to cost down the web.
8. Program Management- As the establisher in the program, I coordinate the team with 2 people to sell, source, purchase. 150 boxes are sold in te autumn-festival.50 boxes are sold in New Year.
