Benjamin "Ben" Myers provides product and business process consulting to entrepreneurs and growing businesses from his Albany, New York office. He brings strong communication skills to his clients, as well as a unique background that combines technology, product leadership, and solving complex business process challenges. Ben Myers is also the senior product manager of a California-based global music platform that provides innovative tools and services for independent music producers and artists.
Benjamin Myers and his partners focus on helping their clients grow their organizations through comprehensive partnerships that includes identifying and resolving communication and process breakdowns, addressing project and process management challenges that arise in fast-growing organizations, and helping build empowered, trust-based teams that function interdependently throughout the organization. They have recently helped a SasS-industry client whose revenue had plateaued while their engineering costs continued to rise transition from an engineer-driven to a product-driven culture, fully rework their Agile/Scrum methodology, and train their staff and leadership. His earlier experience includes a tour as a teacher in Akagi-mura, a village in central Japan, where he was also president of a support organization for American educators working in Japan. Mr. Myers received a bachelors of arts from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, where he majored in English literature and minored in computer science.
