您好，我是楊博文，畢業於朝陽科技大學應用英文系。
我是一位樂於嘗試不同事物的人，在學期間擔任過兩年的班代以及各個活動的負責人，像是啦啦隊比賽總召、研討會翻譯接待、活動的主持人和畢業公演的主角一職。 勇於嘗試不同事物及樂觀是我最大的優點，在學期間也利用暑假到北京參加兩岸交流團和成都YMCA做活動負責企劃，為偏鄉的小孩們舉辦夏令營。

服完兵役後的我踏入職場，很幸運的在長頸鹿美語擔任美語老師一職，利用自己所知的專業知識及方法交給學生們，這對當時的我最大的挑戰是不僅要讓學生們喜歡這個語言，還要讓他們能夠吸收並內化上課的內容，也考驗著我作為一名教育者，要對自己、家長及學生負責。

之後很幸運的擔任正新橡膠的國外業務一職，這對當初的我是一個全新的挑戰，作為一個業務窗口，象徵的公司的門面，不同的突發狀況及內部合作讓我學會面對問題以及解決問題的能力，增加了我的信心，也讓我更懂得與人進退，以同理心的方式了解客人的痛點並隱性的需求。

除此之外，也因為跟長期跟客戶默契的培養，了解並能快速解決問題也是我在工作上一大成就感。

「追求卓越，而非成功」，是我的座右銘。

我不因自己學歷而喪志，因為我想信只要有堅定的心和樂觀汲取的態度，一定能在工作上讓大家看到我的能力 !

My name is Bert. I hold a bachelor's degree with a major in applied English which was awarded to me by Chaoyang University of technology.

I am a person who is willing to learn and go for any adventures. In university, I had been the class leader for two years, and took on a number of heavy responsibilities like the interpreter, host of the events, and the person in charge of cheerleading contest, etc. The most precious and impressive memory was to volunteer myself as an organizer of a summer camp held by YMCA in China. In this process, I learn how to deal with different opinions with the use of communication and coordination to assist the team to achieve the mutual goal and to ameliorate teamwork.

After finishing my service in the military, I chose to enter the workplace and worked as an English teacher. As an educator.my biggest challenge of this job was not only to impart my knowledge to students but also make them like English and learn it spontaneously.

After one and a half year teaching experience, I was fortunate to work as a sales representative for Africa region in ChengShin rubber.

This position symbolizes the facade of company. I learned the way to solve customers' problems under unexpected circumstances and get to know their pain point as well as the implicit needs. All these experiences enable me to react decently with great self-confidence.
