Bhaktraj “Raj” Singh is a Toronto-based business leader who has more than a quarter century of experience in areas such as real estate development, business services, and technology. Mr. Singh is overseeing the last stage of work on the Guildwood Condominiums, which combine quality craftsmanship and architecture with expansive views of Lake Ontario from the rooftop terrace. Situated in East Toronto and featuring a wealth of lifestyle amenities, the condo group fosters a sense of community and welcomes families as well as single tenants. He has arranged all aspects of the project, from land purchase and construction financing to current marketing efforts.
