1. Building and maintaining incoming materials standard inspection process(SIP)
  Including PCB, PCBA, LED, etc. 
2. Handling materials quality issue and promote suppliers’ quality
  IQC sampling found NG materials, and request supplier does sorting action, and 8D report if necessary.
     Experience of PCBA LED issue, PCB open/short issue, tape cosmetic defect issue(void) etc.. 
3. Solving incoming materials quality issue with cross function
    1000 pcs PCBA with something residue. Dealing the issue with Product, Manufacturing teams etc..
