Billy Woodward Denver

Denver-Based Commercial Real Estate Broker

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis on statistical analysis in research from Metropolitan State University of Denver, Billy Woodward worked as manager of Taos Restaurant Group while pursuing his degree. Upon graduation, he served three years as associate director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. In this role, Billy Woodward oversaw all marketing functions and contributed in the negotiation process for the sale of land and commercial property throughout Denver. He earned Emerging Broker of the Month in October 2017. 

In January 2018, Mr. Woodward began working as vice president of Transwestern. He leads an office of five employees who provide brokerage services to institutional and local landlords. Through six months of managing the firm, he and his partner amassed more than one million square feet of property under management with leasing assignments for an additional 400,000 square feet of property in the pipeline. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Woodward is a member of the advisory council of a national substance abuse nonprofit and regular volunteer with the Tanner Seebaum Foundation, which raises money for pediatric brain cancer treatment and research.
